14-Day Return Policy

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to notify us if you wish to return it. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of this notification.

Custom Product Returns

  • Manufacturing Defects: Custom or bespoke products are made to your specifications and are therefore not eligible for a general return. However, if your custom product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to either repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
  • Notification: Please inspect your custom product upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any defects.

Insurance and Care Packages

  • Protection: For added peace of mind, we offer insurance and care packages that cover accidental damage and more. These packages can help protect your purchase beyond the standard warranty period.

  • Processing: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it meets our return conditions.

  • Availability: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, size, or color, please let us know. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and our standard return conditions apply.
