At Ambassador Beds, we understand that the delivery of your new bed, mattress, or furniture is a crucial part of your shopping experience. That’s why we offer a comprehensive delivery service designed to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible. Standard Delivery

  • Service Overview: Our standard delivery service ensures that your items are delivered safely to your door, we generally provide a 2 man delivery service when available.
  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7 to 10 days from the date of your order. Delivery times are subject to stock availability and your delivery address.
  • Cost: Free standard delivery on all orders in mainland UK, Some postcodes including but not limited to AB, DD,PO, BH, BN,NR will incur a surcharge of £50.
  • Northern Ireland: We provide a weekly delivery service to Northern Ireland at a surcharge cost of £100, we cannot provide a cash on delivery service to Northern Ireland nor a fitting service currently.

Bespoke Delivery Service

  • Service Overview: For custom-made beds and furniture, we offer a bespoke delivery service. This includes delivery at a date and time that suits you, with the option for our team to assemble your new bed or furniture in your chosen room.
  • Scheduling: Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time frame after your order is placed.
  • Cost: Charges for bespoke delivery and assembly services will be confirmed during the order process.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to most addresses within the UK. However, some remote areas may be subject to additional delivery charges or longer delivery times. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your area.

Important Delivery Information

  • Access: Please ensure that there is clear access for the delivery team and that the item will fit through any corridors, staircases, or doors.
  • Preparation: Make sure the area where you want your new furniture placed is clear.
  • Personal Presence: Someone needs to be present to sign for the delivery. If this is not possible, please arrange for someone else to accept delivery on your behalf.
