Delivery and Fitting

We aim to deliver most items within 5-7 days we currently deliver to London twice a week with one Sunday delivery.

Our couriers work on a ground floor doorstep delivery basis only, anything other than this will be at the drivers discretion unless arranged in advance.

We do not deliver outside the UK we have a great working relationship with East and West African, South Asian, Russian, Arab and Turkish customers and can help in finding freight forwarders.

Certain postcodes have a surcharge due to higher courier costs and are excluded from Free delivery. We currently do not deliver to Scottish highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Jersey.

We are specialists in delivery to Northern Ireland where we deliver to once a week the surcharge of £60.

We Offer Fast and Free UK delivery usually within 7-10 days Express delivery is available in certain postcodes which is 3-5 days at an extra cost of £50.

We will always call you to arrange a delivery date so please do not discard existing beds and mattresses until we have confirmed.

All brackets and fittings are pre fixed for easy home assembly.

Fitting Service 

This can be booked directly from the website £30 for a standard bed and £50 for a storage bed . We can also arrange this on the phone once we call you for delivery .The drivers will deliver your bed to room of choice and fit the new bed for you only. They will not get involved in dismantling or moving existing furniture please ensure this is done in advance. 

They are not allowed to dispose of old beds and mattresses as a waste license is required for this, they will not take packaging and wrapping paper.

Ambassador Beds will not be held liable for any damage to property caused by fitting or moving furniture through the house.

Refund and Return Policy

We provide a full refund and return on our goods up to 14 days if goods arrive damaged you must call or email us with any issues immediately. Once assembled no refund will be allowed replacement will be at our discretion. All goods must be returned unused in resalable condition we reserve the right to charge for any damages.

All carriage charges on returned items to be paid by the customer.

We do not provide returns and refunds for bespoke manufactured items if you need to check materials and colours please contact us in advance to arrange free samples to be sent out to you.

Some of our bespoke designs such as the Ambassador are much larger than ordinary beds, it is your responsibility to ensure you have enough space and also that there are no access issues up stairs etc.

If headboards/sofas cannot go up the stairs or into the room we can exchange or adjust the items this will incur a re delivery fee of £60.
