Delivery Overview:

At Ambassador Beds, we prioritise efficient and reliable delivery services for our customers. Our deliveries are facilitated through trusted third-party couriers, ensuring most items are delivered within a standard timeframe of 5-7 days. We are pleased to offer comprehensive coverage across the UK, with a focus on London and the South East, where deliveries are scheduled twice weekly, including Sundays.

Delivery Process:

Please note that our standard delivery service includes ground floor doorstep delivery. Should you require delivery beyond this, such as to a specific room, arrangements must be made in advance and are subject to the courier’s discretion.

International and Specialized Delivery Services:

While we currently do not offer delivery services outside the UK, we have established strong partnerships with communities in East and West Africa, South Asia, Russia, the Arab region, and Turkey. We are more than willing to assist in coordinating with freight forwarders to meet your needs.

Delivery Surcharges and Exclusions:

Some regions may incur additional surcharges due to elevated courier costs and consequently, are exempt from our free delivery service. Notably, we do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. For our valued customers in Northern Ireland, we offer weekly deliveries with an applicable surcharge of £60.

Delivery Options:

We provide two main delivery options:

• Standard Delivery: Enjoy complimentary UK delivery, typically within 7-10 days.
• Express Delivery: Available for select postcodes, this option reduces delivery time to 3-5 days at an additional fee of £50.

Pre-Delivery Arrangements:

A representative from Ambassador Beds will contact you to confirm the delivery date. We kindly ask that you retain your existing beds and mattresses until confirmation is received. Rest assured, all necessary brackets and fittings for assembly are pre-fixed for your convenience.

Additional Services:

Fitting Service:

For an effortless setup, our fitting service can be arranged either via our website or over the phone during the delivery arrangement call. The fees are £30 for a standard bed and £50 for a storage bed. This service includes delivery to the room of your choice and the assembly of your new bed. Please note, our team is not responsible for dismantling or moving existing furniture, which must be managed prior to our arrival.

Disposal and Damage Policy:

Ambassador Beds does not offer disposal services for old beds and mattresses, nor do our drivers remove packaging materials. Furthermore, Ambassador Beds assumes no liability for any damage to property occurring during the fitting process or as furniture is moved through your home.
