Wing Back Beds

These beds have a winged headboard which can range from a subtle 2 inch wing to a wide curved design. Beds like the Alexander have a straight rectangular design whereas the Carrington is a more sweeping look.

Winged designs were very popular in Victorian days and have now resurfaced as a modern trend.

Most designs can be modified by adding beading and studs on the wings.

These types of headboards are ideal for divan beds as well as wooden ottoman beds.

Please be aware that this type of design tends to be larger on the width and therefore bigger than most standard beds.
